Welcome to Women's Mending Wall. We are a recently launched Women's Multifaith Initiative on Long Island, NY. Our initial goal is to organize a multi-spiritual women’s network and build membership across Long Island. With your help we are envisioning:
Connecting women from different traditions and backgrounds
Drawing strength from cooperation and pooled resources
Promoting women’s empowerment and engaging women’s issues
Working as a force, addressing and assisting in issues of concern to our diverse communities

By coordinating our valuable resources and experiences and utilizing our leadership and action capabilities, we will be able to achieve results difficult to accomplish alone.Our efforts will include supporting existing programs and forming alliances and mobilizing to create new projects where a need exists.
